We also automatically collect usage data — benchmark run metrics, test configurations, GPU profiles, and device/usage information — as you use GPUOPs. Payment information is handled by our payment processor (Base44 Payments / Wix Payments) and is not stored on our servers.
We use your information to provide and improve the platform, process payments, send service-related communications, generate AI optimization recommendations from your benchmark data, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.
We share data only with trusted sub-processors required to run the platform — cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI inference providers. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
We retain your account data and benchmark history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use essential cookies to maintain sessions and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.
We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and regular reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure. We will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by applicable law.
